At Elite Poodle Puppies, your puppy’s health and happiness are our top priorities. Every puppy we place into a loving home is guaranteed to be healthy, safe, and free from infections or visible health concerns at the time of delivery.

We believe our relationship with you continues long after your puppy goes home. While we take every precaution to ensure the best start in life, a puppy’s well-being also depends on genetics, nutrition, exercise, and daily care.

One-Year Health Guarantee

  • If your puppy passes away within one year of purchase due to a genetic or hereditary health disorder, or if a serious medical condition is diagnosed that significantly affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost.

  • To activate this guarantee, you must provide a licensed veterinarian’s official report confirming the cause of death or diagnosis.

We do not view your puppy as replaceable—we understand the emotional bond you build. However, this guarantee is designed to ease the heartbreak of an unforeseen loss.

Veterinary Care Requirements

  • You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of receiving them. Please send us a copy of this health record for our files.

  • All puppies leave us with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming. Please continue your veterinarian’s recommended deworming and vaccination schedule through at least 16 weeks of age.

  • Failure to provide regular veterinary care will void this health guarantee.

Pre-Shipping Veterinary Check

Every Elite Poodle Puppy undergoes a comprehensive health check by a licensed veterinarian before travel. The vet examines and certifies your puppy’s condition against:

  • Cardiovascular system

  • Skin & coat

  • Eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, & gums

  • Respiratory system

  • Musculoskeletal system

  • Urogenital system

  • Gastrointestinal system

A written Veterinary Health Report is completed on the day of shipping, ensuring your puppy is cleared for travel. If any significant health concerns are detected, the puppy will not be shipped.

Exceptions

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Costs related to spaying or neutering (including undescended testicles)

  • Conditions resulting from lack of proper veterinary care

  • Injuries, neglect, or preventable illnesses caused after adoption
